Quick Rundown:
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across all markets nationwide. This role will partner closely with Operations, Regional Directors, Market Managers, and the National Administrative Team to recruit, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for both internal operational positions and external hospitality talent.
The National Recruiter will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving applicant experience, supporting local markets with staffing needs, and ensuring job postings and recruitment marketing efforts remain active and effective across all hiring platforms.
What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal and hospitality-related positions
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews for candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and market teams
Create and manage job postings across online recruitment platforms
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and hiring channels
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring needs
Assist applicants with application completion and onboarding processes
Provide recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring documentation
Collaborate with operations, regional directors, and market managers to support staffing needs
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
Experience in hospitality, staffing agencies, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements
Experience using job boards, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting tools
Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
