About this role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake, one of the most iconic and fast-growing technology companies, is seeking an experienced and strategic individual to serve as our Field Operations Strategy Manager in the US Majors segment. This role serves as a high-impact strategic advisor to senior field leadership, acting as the connective tissue between executive vision and regional execution. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational oversight for a large-scale organization, driving quantifiable business improvements through a rigorous, data-backed inspection of the business. By leveraging AI and advanced data tools to automate critical processes, you will ensure the field’s perspective is accurately represented in cross-functional decision-making. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, data-driven individual who can operate at 30,000 feet while still rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. You thrive in ambiguity, build trust quickly with senior executives, and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment.   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Business Insights: Harness AI and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sigma, Snowflake) to proactively audit business health, delivering actionable insights and executive-level materials for recurring business reviews. - Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Partner with leadership to architect precise forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the organization consistently hits strategic milestones and revenue targets. - Entrepreneurial Leadership: Maintain a proactive, "owner" mindset. You should be energized by the challenge of navigating ambiguity and defining your own high-impact projects based on evolving business needs. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary strategic bridge between SE leadership and Sales Operations, ensuring technical field efforts are fully synchronized with broader GTM objectives. - Strategic Counsel: Act as a trusted advisor to senior field leadership, providing the operational framework and oversight necessary to manage a large, multi-layered organization. - Program & Process Management: Establish and scale regional operational standards, from orchestrating new product launches to designing standardized communication frameworks for the theater. - Global Impact: Collaborate with the Global Field Operations team to design and deploy international initiatives that align with the core objectives of the Chief Revenue Officer. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree required - 5+ years of experience supporting a GTM or Sales organization, with significant experience in a senior strategic or operational leadership capacity - Proven track record of partnering directly with VP-level or above executives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment - Experience spearheading and delivering large-scale global programs across matrixed, multinational organizations - Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across multiple teams, geographies, and functions simultaneously - Strong command of business analytics and data tools; ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights - Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and senior VP audiences Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
