Role: Operating Model Consultant (Adobe Transformation) - Contract Role

Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager

Day rate: £300-£475 inside IR35

Project duration(s): 3 months, starting asap

Location: Hybrid in London

We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll help design and embed the target operating model, aligning processes, roles and capabilities to support new ways of working.

• Design the target operating model, defining organisational structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working

• Review existing operating models and identify changes required to support redesigned processes and Adobe capabilities

• Develop operating model principles and governance frameworks to support AI-assisted workflows and future transformation initiatives

• Work with business stakeholders to embed the operating model and support adoption of new capabilities

• An independent consultant

• Strong experience designing and implementing target operating models within large, complex organisations

• Good experience supporting digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer experience technologies

• Understanding of AI-enabled processes, automation or emerging digital capabilities would be advantageous
