The Auth0 Sales Team

Auth0 supports Okta’s vision of freeing anyone to safely use any technology by providing a secure, highly available, enterprise-grade platform that secures billions of log-ins every year for Consumer and SaaS applications.

As an Account Executive for Auth0 in Korea, you will be the driving force behind our territory growth. This is a versatile role where you will be responsible for the entire market spectrum—from winning high-growth "net-new" logos to cultivating deep, transformative relationships with our most significant existing customers. You will work closely with the Korean partner ecosystem, resellers, and distributors to provide value to Korea’s most mature Product Development teams (Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Planning: Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan to guide your long-term approach to net-new logo pipeline generation.
  • Revenue Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets to support year-over-year growth within the Korean market.
  • Account Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute strategies for high-potential accounts to drive sales opportunities and deliver predictable bookings.
  • Executive Alignment: Target and gain access to C-level leaders and decision-makers, building a robust network of influence within prospect accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Highly experienced in running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintaining executive stakeholder alignment.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Scope, negotiate, and close complex agreements, ensuring a seamless transition from initial pitch to final contract.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Access and utilize the Okta/Auth0 ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First) and maintain a proven track record of partnering with key SIs and Cloud providers like AWS.
  • Technical Advocacy: Create compelling artifacts, documents, and presentations to convey technical ideas to both practitioners and executives.
  • Travel: Travel as necessary to build and nurture face-to-face relationships with customers and prospects across the region.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience: 7+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products (ideally within the Korean market).
  • Persona Mastery: Proven ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand within Product, Digital, and Engineering organizations. You have a track record of closing deals with Product Managers, Head of Engineering, and CISOs.
  • Technical Discovery: Deep discovery skills that resonate with the developer community; you must have a strong grasp of the product development lifecycle, DevOps, engineering terminology, and product management.
  • Business Value Mapping: Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect a technical "feature" sale to a company’s broader business and digital transformation outcomes.
  • Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with audiences of all levels—from Developers/Architects to C-Suite Executives.
  • Framework Expertise: Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (Okta utilizes MEDDPICC).
  • Operational Excellence: High-level energy and rigor regarding CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Language: Native-level fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English.
  • Mindset: Confident and self-driven, yet possessing the humility required to work effectively in a high-growth team environment.
