About The Role 🚀

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts — some of the most promising European D2C brands — and play a central role in their success.

Location: Paris 9th, France (Hybrid)

As an Account Manager, you will:

Build strong, long-term partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts

Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact

Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis

Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants

Deliver customer excellence

Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services

Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements

Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends

Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience

Grow hand-in-hand

Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth

Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them

Suggest out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants

Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to address customer needs and unlock value

You would be a great fit if this sounds like you:

3+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles, including experience in logistics, fulfilment, e-commerce, or a related industry

Native-level French and professional proficiency in English

Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders

Data-driven, with solid Excel skills and experience presenting actionable insights during business reviews

Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and strategic-thinking skills

Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and eager to deepen your logistics expertise

Based in Paris or willing to relocate

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, have founded a startup or a company in the past

You're passionate about digital and making life simpler with technology

You like solving new problems and are never settling for how something "has always been done"

You speak another language (Spanish, German
