About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated, English-speaking AI-native Landing Page Designer with experience in designing landing pages for performance marketing campaigns to join our team full-time (in San Francisco or Berlin on-site, hybrid or remote). In this role, you will work with our self-developed AI landing page engine to create and deliver conversion-optimised landing pages for the paid social campaigns of our clients. Your pages will be the destination for millions of clicks across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• AI Landing Page Design: You use our powerful, self-developed AI landing page engine to create and design stunning landing pages that will be seen by millions of people. You are in charge, the AI helps you fulfill your mission.

• Team Collaboration: Work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our landing page engine will evolve and improve over time.

Requirements

• Passion for designing landing pages, you love design and creative work

• Years of experience in creating / designing landing pages

• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns

• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant

• Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it

• Fluent English

• Work experience at a marketing agency
