Graphic Designer (Social Media)

The Role

Your main focus will be designing high-quality ads and social graphics that capture attention and drive results. You’ll also support our social media presence by helping schedule and publish posts, and partner with teams across the company to create polished presentations for clients and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for a designer who loves fast-paced digital work and wants to see their designs make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Design (primary focus)

• Design static and animated ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, optimized for each format and placement
• Create organic social content, including feed posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, and short-form video graphics
• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and refine designs based on performance
• Uphold and evolve our visual brands across all social channels
• Build reusable templates to keep recurring content consistent and efficient
• Use AI tools to speed up concepting, generate ad variations, and streamline production, while making sure final work is polished, original, and on-brand

Social media support

• Schedule and publish posts using various tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite
• Help maintain the monthly content calendar with the marketing and leadership teams.
• Monitor comments and messages and flag anything needing a response
• Review basic metrics (engagement, click-through rate, reach) to inform future designs

Presentations & team support

• Partner with teams across the company to design clear, professional presentations for clients, partners, leadership, and other stakeholders
• Turn rough drafts, outlines, and data into visually engaging slides, charts, and infographics
• Create and maintain branded presentation templates so every team’s decks look consistent
• Support pitch decks, proposals, reports, and other client-facing materials as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on digital or social media work
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and includes social media graphics or ads
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma; Canva experience is a plus
• A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, especially at small sizes and on mobile
• Understanding of platform-specific ad specs and design best practices
• Experience designing presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote
• Proficiency with current AI tools for design and content creation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva’s AI features, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude), and eagerness to keep up as new tools emerge
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects and requests from different teams, and take feedback well
• Highly organized and diciplined with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other ad platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel and ad performance tracking; experience setting it up is a plus
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Basic copywriting skills
• Experience working with B2B and B2C brands
