Remote listings are the blind spot of pay transparency: 5.9% of EU remote jobs state a salary
In the week to 6 October, 106 of 1,794 remote listings for EU locations stated a salary range. Indeed reports around half of all job ads in Italy, the Netherlands and the UK do. Remote hiring is where the directive's first test will be failed.
